Rise and grind! We’re adding new Early Risers sessions to help you start your day strong.

Join us at 7:00AM - 7:30AM every Monday and Friday for high-energy workouts:

Monday: Metabolic Mondays – Push your limits with intense functional hybrid training, a combination of strength, HIIT and cardio vascular training to burn more calories, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular fitness.

Friday: Strength & Conditioning – Build strength and endurance with expert-led resistance training utilising dumbbells, barbells, plates, kettlebells etc.

Early risers will now take place every day of the week.
